By using Washer, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our application.
Location Information: Pickup and delivery addresses, real-time GPS location during active orders (with your permission), location history for service delivery.
Payment Information: Credit/debit card information (processed securely through Stripe), billing address, payment history.
Order Information: Service type, order details and special instructions, photos of laundry items, order history and receipts.
Communication Information: Customer support messages, in-app notification preferences, reviews and ratings you provide.

Device Information: Device type and model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information.
Usage Information: App features used, time and duration of app usage, error logs and crash reports, performance data.
Location Data: GPS coordinates during active orders, location when you open the app (if permission granted), location history for order tracking.

Payment Processors: Transaction confirmation from Stripe, payment method verification.
Service Providers: Delivery confirmation, service completion status, provider ratings and reviews.
2. How We Use Your Information

We share necessary information with laundry service providers to fulfill orders (name, phone number, pickup/delivery addresses, order details, photos if provided).

Payment Processing: Stripe (payment processing).
Cloud Infrastructure: AWS or similar (data storage and hosting).
Communication Services: Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications).
Maps & Location: Google Maps (routing and location).
Analytics: Firebase Analytics or similar (anonymized usage data).

Active accounts: Information retained while your account is active; order history retained for 7 years for accounting purposes.
Deleted accounts: Most personal data deleted within 30 days of account deletion; some data retained for legal compliance (transaction records, disputes); anonymized data may be kept for analytics.
Legal requirements: Financial records retained for 7 years; support tickets for 3 years; marketing consent until withdrawn.
5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 Account Information
You can access and update account info, view order history, manage notifications, and update payment methods in the app.
5.2 Location Data
You can enable or disable location services in device settings. Note: location is required for core service functionality.
5.3 Marketing Communications
Opt out of promotional emails via the unsubscribe link or disable marketing notifications in app settings. Transactional notifications will still be sent.
5.4 Data Access and Portability
You may request a copy of your personal data, export it in a portable format, or request correction.
5.5 Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)
How to delete your account:
Open Washer app
Go to Settings > Account
Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm deletion
Or contact us: horseaustralia08@gmail.com (include your registered email). After deletion, personal data deleted within 30 days; order history anonymized for accounting; deletion is permanent.
5.6 California Residents (CCPA Rights)
California residents have additional rights (right to know, delete, opt out of sale, non-discrimination). To exercise these rights contact horseaustralia08@gmail.com.
5.7 European Users (GDPR Rights)
EU/EEA users have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights contact gdpr@washerapp.com.

Washer is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, contact horseaustralia08@gmail.com and we will delete such information.
